About Us

Who we are

In recent years, we’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of domestic and international companies in both Hungarian and English. We’ve managed administrative tasks in commerce, research, and tourism, including assisting with organizing various programs within the tourism sector. Our work also extended to private education, supporting exam organization, as well as executive assistant roles in the financial sector and recycling industry. 

Over the past year, we have been handling the complete project management of the Global Beauty and Wellness Awards, organized by Global Wellbeing Society Ltd. This includes overseeing the graphic design, creating copyright-compliant images, communicating with interested parties from around the world, budgeting, invoicing, updating and maintaining the website with a specialized expert, and supervising the full administration of individual entries from application to confirmation.

Our administrative skills have become more reliable and efficient with years of experience, complemented by proactivity and precision, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why aren’t there company details on the website?
Your Task Genius is not a registered company but a platform where professionals with extensive experience in administrative and office support offer their services. After each completed task, the invoice is issued directly by the assistant who performed the work. This allows us to provide VAT-free services.
 
If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
We are available Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. For urgent administrative tasks, we are available on Saturdays upon request. However, the costs/hourly rate  for these tasks will be determined based on the quantity, nature and timing of the work.

You can reach out to us using any of the contact details provided at the bottom of the page. We kindly request a detailed task description in writing, as much as possible, so that we can understand the expectations, the specific task to be completed, and the deadline for its completion. We will repsond to your written inquiry promptly, but no later than within 24 hours. You can send this email to office@yourtaskgenius.com or contact us by filling out the “form” in the “Let’s work together!” section at the bottom of the page. 

Once we understand your requirements, we will send you a contract accordingly, which we kindly request you to return to us with your authorized signature. The contract can be either a montly renewable agreement or a fixed-term contract. The collaboration can be terminated with a 30-day notice period.

Given that Your Task Genius will manage your company’s data and potentially that of your partners, our contract includes provisions regarding data management and confidentiality. Your Task Genius only accepts assignments based on a contract and issues invoices accordingly. We pay special attention to ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Under no circumstances do we use copyrighted materials; we draft a contract for every collaboration and invoice in accordance with legal regulations. Furthermore, we adhere to policies regarding data protection, confidentiality and other important legal obligations: business confidentiality is of utmost importance to us and we do not disclose any data in our possession  or share confidential information about the companies or businesses we have contracted with.

We will issue an invoice for the  current amount exactly the amount specified in the contract by the 2nd of each month. Since we operates on a VAT-exempt basis, the invoice will be issued by the individual who performed the work for your company, and “administration work” will be clearly stated on the invoice. Payments can be made until the 8th of each month and this payment deadline will be indicated also on the invoice.

Social Media

Posting and publishing pre-written posts and images on the desired platforms.
 
We undertake to write the text/post and create them with copyright-compliant images after understanding the specific requirements. If requested, we can also include the company’s logo on the images, for which we will need a current, .png format, transparent logo. If, after review, everything is found to be in order, we will publish the post/announcement on all of your social media platforms, if desired.

Newsletters Sending out

For sending pre-written newsletters, we will only need the mailing list, and we will send the newsletter to the recipients. If requested, we are also happy to perform stylistic and spelling checks.

Writing Newsletters

If you would like us to write the newsletter, that is also an option. In this case, we will need to know all the details you wish to include in the newsletter, such as announcements, dates, locations, etc., and then send it back to you for review. After approval, we will send it to the provided mailing list. If needed, we also have a mailing list of thousands, covering various professional fields.

Every project has its own tasks and execution requirements. Project management, therefore, ideally involves applying existing knowledge. A good project manager does not perform miracles. A good project manager does not improvise. A good project manager is never a dictator. Their task is to adapt the methods and experiences gained from previous projects to the current project as effectively as possible.

Design képek és kisebb grafikai munkák készítése

Tartalomhoz illő, jogtiszta képek kiválasztása, kisebb grafikai munkák elvégzése, például logók elhelyezése képeken. Ehhez áttetsző, .png formátumú logót kérünk. Ezek a munkák hírlevelekhez, posztokhoz vagy kisebb projektekhez kapcsolódnak. Fontos, hogy nem grafikai cégként kizárólag kisebb jellegű feladatokat vállalunk.

Megrendelések és rendezvényszervezéssel kapcsolatos adminisztrációk kezelése

Ajánlatok bekérése és ellenőrzése, kiválasztott helyszín foglalása, ütemezések készítése, valamint rendezvényszervezéssel kapcsolatos egyéb adminisztrációs feladatok. Igény szerint a beérkezett üzenetek kezelésével és a hozzájuk kapcsolódó adminisztrációk felügyeletével is foglalkozunk.

Adatrögzítés és adminisztráció

Különféle adatok pontos és rendszerezett rögzítése, nyilvántartások készítése, dokumentumok kezelése és egyéb adminisztrációs feladatok elvégzése. Ezeket mindig az Ön igényeire szabva, precízen és határidőre végezzük el.

Könyvelés támogatása – Kimutatások, elszámolások készítése

Bevételek és kiadások rendszerezése időrendi sorrendben, költségvetések készítése, kimutatások és diagramok létrehozása Excelben, adatrögzítés és egyéb könyvelést támogató adminisztratív feladatok elvégzése.

Beérkezett üzenetek kezelése – Adminisztrációs feladatok felügyelete

Az ügyfelek vagy partnerek által küldött üzenetek kezelését, rendszerezését és nyomon követését vállaljuk. Ezzel járó adminisztrációs feladatokat (például válaszadási ütemezések, nyilvántartások vezetése) szintén ellátunk, hogy Ön időt takaríthasson meg.

Hírlevelek kezelése – Írás, szerkesztés, kiküldés

Előre megírt hírlevelek kiküldéséhez csak a címlistára van szükségünk, de igény szerint stilisztikai és helyesírási ellenőrzést is végzünk.
Amennyiben a hírlevelet is szeretné ránk bízni, a közlendő részletek ismeretében megírjuk, majd jóváhagyás után kiküldjük. Több ezres címlistával rendelkezünk, amely szakmai területek szerint szűrhető.

Közösségi média kezelése – Posztok létrehozása és közzététele

Előre megírt posztokat és képeket publikálunk a kívánt közösségi média oldalakon. Pontos igényfelmérés után elkészítjük a szövegeket, jogtiszta képekkel látjuk el azokat, és igény szerint a cég logóját is elhelyezzük rajtuk. Ehhez áttetsző, .png formátumú logót kérünk. A kész anyagokat jóváhagyás után feltöltjük az Ön által megadott felületekre.
